Would this fit a 93cm bust/waist?

The front measures to 45cm, so It will probably fit a bust 90 or under (it has a little bit of stretch but not much)

Bust 33.2 inch, waist 26 inch, shoulder to shoulder 13. The dress can probably fit one size larger than the mannequin

The waist has full shirring, and can be stretch to around 39-39.5cm on the front (78-79cm waist). It may be stretched a little further but the button underneath the belt may pop.
