Includes ditto, jirachi, togepi, and pickachu! I bought this from mercari a few years ago, it's still cute, but i don't get a feeling of joy from this item anymore. It fits up to size 31 waist and is a short length skirt. There's a small brown stain on it, but I couldnt find it when i searched the skirt, and i don't know if it cleaned off or something.
