Hello! I just received this dress in the mail today. Unfortunately, it didn't fit the way I was hoping it was, so I will be selling this :')
I'm so sorry I cannot offer international shipping. I am shipping with Canada Post, and shipping internationally would be too expensive. I tried to check with ups, but I couldn't get a clear answer on shipping princes. I don't want to put a burden on the buyer, so I will be keeping things this way for the time being.

Length: 82 cm
Bust: 92 cm
Waist: 61-80
Shoulder width: 34 cm
Sleeve length: 64 cm
Cuff: 20 cm

For reference: I have a 72 cm waist, 81 cm bust length, 37.5 cm shoulders, and 28 arm circumference (widest).
I found this a bit tight around the shoulders + upper arm, so I couldn't really lift up my arms that much. You can use these measurements for reference!
