Red ruffle skirt with traditional print on the underside. Great for layering. Waistband is elastic.
**Stained** Near the left front by the waistband by a waxy darker substance. Due to the ruffles, it is probably not as noticeable when worn.
Obtained secondhand and only tried on by me. Stains were present previously.
