From the Japanese clothing brand "Favorite", Very cute and casual dress with a plaid bodice and soft suede-like feeling skirt, collar and cuffs. The collar and edge of the skirt are scalloped, which is really nice. The cuffs on the arms are elasticated, but fit slightly tighter than I would expect. Overall size is standard Japanese freesize as you would expect from the official picture. If you want specific measurements, please let me know.
