The "vest" is an optional piece that can be worn over the dress, wrapped around and tied into a bow on the side (please see model photos). Choker has a loop for a charm to be attached. Unfortunately I lost the silver cross charm that came with it, but you could add your own charm if you have one! Good for jirai kei/ryousangata, larme, dark girly styles.
