Brand new, never worn. Size M

Cecil McBee is a Shibuya gyaru brand similar to Liz Lisa.
Super cute and fits right in to the gyaru style!
Size is Japanese M which is about a US7-7.5.
For 7.5 it is a tight fit with no sock so I would suggest a US7.
They are still brand new without box and never worn.
