All items are from a pet and smoke free home. HOLD / PAYMENT PLANS / NEGOTIATIONS - Payment plans and holds can be arranged for items worth over £50 for a maximum of 4 weeks with a 10% non-refundable deposit paid via friends & family to ensure the buyer is serious to make the purchase. The remaining balance can be paid by goods & services. - Reasonable negotiations maybe considered, please send a message if you want to make an offer. PAYMENT - I will send a PayPal invoice to the wining buyer usually within 24-48 hours. - The wining buyer must send payment within 5 days from receiving the invoice unless a prior payment plan is agreed. If payment is not received within 5 days without any contact, the item will be relisted and negative feedback will be left without warning. If you require more then 5 days, please send a message and we can discuss an extended deadline. - Method of payment I will accept is PayPal only sent via "goods and services" to ensure both the buyer and seller are protected. If you wish to pay by any other method, then please contact me before your bid/purchase. SHIPPING - I ship to most countries including Europe, USA & Canada via tracked mail only. Although this is not recommended, there maybe exceptions to ship untracked for items less then £20 in the UK/EU or £10 rest of the world providing you agree & understand this will be at your own risk and I am not responsible for any lost or damages through transit. - I will only ship to the name and address on the PayPal payment, so please ensure the details are 100% correct on your account before sending payment. - Items will be dispatched and shipped after receiving payment in full. I am currently in a job with an unfixed rota therefore please allow a maximum of 4 days (excluding Sundays) for the item to be shipped. I will advise in an very unlikely event I am unable to ship the item within 4 days. RETURNS / REFUNDS - Please understand I do not accept any returns or refunds unless faulty. - If the item does not match the description or if there are any flaws which are not mentioned in my description, then please send me a message with photos asap and I will resolve the issue with a partial refund. - I try my best to list and/or picture all flaws, however please understand I can't accept claims for a few un-noticable minor flaws. - I am unable to accept claims if you contact me after 72 hours upon receiving your item.
