Sorry, I didn't see your comment! First Class shipping would be $10, Priority mail would be $30. As for detailed measurements, unfortunately I don't have any as the blouse is no longer available from Axes Femme and I can't recall what their measurements were. I can say that my bust is 90cm and it fits a bit snug in the bust.
