Buyer refused to pay amount from the listing as they expected me to discount post purchase. Upon clearing up on the misunderstanding (explaining a discount is possible if they made an offer) they refused to pay for the 4 purchased listings. They read the selected lines rather than my entire terms of sale. With this action, they also broke rule number 6 of Lacemarket. I edited my terms of sale as the buyer did not understand you cannot make an offer AFTER claiming 4 listings.
My terms of sale:
- DM me for offers, but be as complete as possible. If you intend to purchase several items, I can give a discount (edit: before purchase)
- DO NOT DM me for shipping quotes if the price will decide your purchase. I don't take the time to respond to for a quote and then never receive answer in return. Consider the tracked package price the shipping price when purchasing.
Lacermarket's terms state:
6.) By bidding or purchasing a listing, buyers are understood to have made a commitment to purchase the item at the sale price, and also pay for any applicable shipping fees that may apply. Buyers are also understood to have read the entirety of the item listing and be familiar with any additional terms or conditions of the item.
